Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Cook.
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinners

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary

Follow all sanitation guidelines
-
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
-
Understand the importance of maintaing a clean and safe work enviroment
Requirements
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

Minimum of 2 years of high volume kitchen experience prefered
-
Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
-
Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Must have open availibility

Dependable transportation

Good hygiene

Excellent communication skills

Positive personality and ability to work well with others
